Looking for Squamish moderate trad partners

cosine79 said Sun, 05 May 2013 06:31:31 -0700

I'm a Squamish resident who has been out of the climbing scene for over a year and a half.  Looking to get back into trad, sport, and TR starting at the end of May and continuing on from there.  When I left I could lead 5.9 multi-pitch trad and follow in the low 5.10s (bunch of a's and one b).  I'm a safe climber and my schedule will be pretty open over the summer; weekend and weekday climbing are both possibilities.  I have a 70m Alpine rope and big trad rack with plenty of draws.  Since I've been out of the game for a while, I'm looking to start of on some easier Smoke Bluff climbs just to get my legs back under me.  But I hope to be back on the harder leads and the Apron ASAP.  I'm 6'1" and about 200 pounds, I can be reached at or 604-849-0984 (Squamish number).  Send me an e-mail or give me a call if you're interested in hitting the rocks and we'll figure something out.  Cheers!

Hey Cory,

I'm on the Island (newish to BC) but come to Squamish often and am always looking for more partners. May be looking for a partner for some climbing on Canada day if your available. I have been climbing for over 20years and am also safe and just love to climb.
